El pasado día 11 de Septiembre fue el cumpleaños de Brynjar Leifsson, y para celebrarlo el equipo de OMAM grabó a Brynjar en una de sus actividades favoritas, una clase de vuelo junto con su hermano, Sverrir Leifsson.
Transcripción:
Brynjar: So we're here today, I'm going to a pilot lesson with my teacher who is also my brother, so that's gonna be nice.
When I graduate school I have several money to start my pilot lessons. In the middle of that we've got a record deal and started touring, so I didn't have any time to fly. I think this is my 9th lesson or something, it's a lot of fun.
We take off on 20:09h, I think and the we're gonna take a left tour, and then we're going, maybe just gonna fly over Keflavík and Garður where me and Nanna live or used to live, where we're from, so I'll show you that.

Brynjar: If you look down now, you can see my house is just over there, right here below us, and my old school.
Nanna's home town Garður. I'm going to take you to a small sightseeing tour of where we live.
I've done my pilot lessons. Amm, what will I do? I think I'll just always be flying arround distance with my brother, I missed him a lot for the last two years on tour, so it's good to spend time with him.

Brynjar: Pues aquí estamos hoy. Voy a ir a una clase de piloto con mi profesor que también es mi hermano, así que va a estar bien.
Cuando me gradué del colegio tenía dinero para empezar mis clases de piloto. Justo entonces conseguimos un contrato para hacer un disco y empezamos la gira, así que no tenía tiempo para volar. Creo que es mi novena clase, más o menos, es muy divertido.
Despegamos a las 20:09h, creo y vamos a dar una vuelta y después, quizá, vamos a volar por encima de Kaflavík y Garður, donde vivimos Nanna y yo o solíamos vivir, de donde somos, así que os lo voy a enseñar.

Brynjar: Si miráis abajo ahora podéis ver mi casa, está ahí, justo debajo de nosotros y mi antiguo colegio.
El pueblo de Nanna, Garður. Os voy a llevar a una pequeña ruta turística de donde vivimos.
He hecho mi clase de piloto. Amm, ¿qué voy a hacer? Creo que yo siempre voy a estar volando alrededor del horizonte con mi hermano. Le he echado de menos mucho estos dos últimos años en la gira, así que está bien pasar tiempo con él.
